You can create a virtual path i.e (folder) in the application called “Images” and save the images into it. When the user uploads the images using the file upload control, you can get the disk path using the Server.MapPath there you can save into it and display directly using the url of the image in the <img> element.
var filePath = Path.Combine(Server.MapPath("~/Images"), "test.jpg");
